Pep Boys is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis at our Spring, TX automotive service centers. This role offers paid training, a path for career growth, and competitive weekly pay with incentives.

New hires can earn an $800 sign-on bonus and access comprehensive benefits as part of the Mavis team. You will perform essential tire and basic maintenance tasks, work with experienced technicians, and support safe, quality service for customers.

Competenze

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Mansioni

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
