Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care in Utah is seeking a General Automotive Service Technician to help keep vehicles safe and reliable by performing preventative maintenance and light repair work. This full-time role offers hourly pay plus production bonuses and opportunities for training and advancement.

You will perform oil changes, tire rotations and repairs, inspect vehicles, replace brakes, and assist senior technicians.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Passion for automotive repair and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check.
• Previous automotive experience is required; training available.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services.
• Rotate, repair, and install tires.
• Perform vehicle inspections and recommend maintenance needs.
• Replace brakes and perform basic brake services.
• Perform wheel alignments (training provided if needed).
• Check and top off vehicle fluids; maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Assist experienced technicians with diagnostics and repairs.
• Communicate professionally with teammates and service advisors.
• Follow all company safety and environmental procedures.

What You'll Do
