Job Description

The Lube and Tire Technician at Monro, also known as General Service Tech, is an entry-level Automotive Technician position and a great way to start your career at Monro. Starting day 1, you will participate in a comprehensive mechanic training program covering all aspects of your new role. As a General Service Technician, you will be a vital team member, performing maintenance services on guest vehicles. You will work with a team to deliver 5-star guest experiences, using your technician skills to care for people and their cars, ensuring safe, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Changing, mounting, and installing tires
• Wheel removal, tire repair and balancing, tire patch/plug repairs
• Lubrication and oil change services
• Inspecting and rotating tires
• Basic automotive maintenance such as battery installation
• Training provided for alignments, brake services, and scheduled maintenance

Compensation

The hourly pay range is $16.30 - $19.19, based on experience, plus incentives if applicable. Compensation will be determined according to your experience level.
