Job summary

Auto Systems Centers is seeking General Service Technicians for our Monroe, MI service and tire center. This role offers paid training and a guaranteed base with additional weekly bonus potential, plus a clear path for growth within the team.

No prior experience is required; we will teach you everything you need through paid training while you build automotive skills and customer service know-how.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive repair or service is a plus but not required.
• PAID training provided to bring you up to speed on systems and procedures.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Demonstrates dependability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs).
• Provide best-in-class automotive service while engaging with customers.
• Earn weekly bonus payments in addition to base pay, tied to service performed.
