Auto Systems Centers, the world’s largest Midas franchisee, is seeking full-time General Service Technicians for our Flint, MI shop. We offer paid training, a 5-day work week with Sundays off, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Earn a guaranteed base plus significant weekly bonus potential.

No experience is required; we will train you to perform tire services, rotations, balancing, and related tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
• Provide automotive service with weekly bonus payments on top of base pay.
