Mavis Tires & Brakes is seeking full-time General Service Technicians for our Darien, IL centers. You will perform essential tire services, basic maintenance, and inspections, working alongside experienced automotive professionals to grow your hands-on skills.

We offer paid training, competitive weekly pay, weekly incentives, and opportunities to advance within the nation’s largest automotive service network. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.

Responsabilités

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
