Job summary

Mavis Tire is hiring General Service Technicians to support our Wilmington, DE locations. You will perform tire services, fluid checks, oil changes, and basic maintenance as part of a team focused on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Committed to safety, teamwork and quality service.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
