Pep Boys / Mavis Tire in the Maple Shade, NJ area is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join our automotive service, repair and tire sales centers. We offer competitive weekly pay and opportunities for career growth.

You’ll work alongside experienced automotive professionals, performing essential maintenance and tire services to keep customers safely on the road. Paid training is provided and advancement opportunities exist within the team.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Have a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
