Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis in the Philadelphia, PA area. This full-time role offers competitive weekly pay, weekly incentive compensation, and paid on-the-job training as you gain hands-on automotive experience.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required. Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
