Job summary

Lamb's Tire & Automotive, part of Sun Auto Tire & Service, is seeking a General Service Technician in Cedar Park, Texas. No prior automotive experience is required; entry‑level roles with growth potential are available. Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour, depending on experience.

You will perform tire mounting, oil changes, inspections, and light maintenance while keeping the shop safe and organized. State Inspector license is welcomed; Sundays off and strong benefits await.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• State Inspector license or working toward it is welcomed.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays with Sundays off.

Responsibilities

• Tire mounting, dismounting, balancing and rotation.
• Oil changes and other light vehicle maintenance.
• Multi-point inspections and documenting vehicle conditions.
• Keep the shop clean, organized and safe.
• Drive vehicles safely and transport customers as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report concerns to supervisor.
• Support team members with other tasks as needed.
• Adhere to Sun Auto’s core values and policies.
