The role requires 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 in a fast-paced retail setting, with a focus on profitability and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail management or similar (team of 10-20)
• Experience driving profitability and business metrics
• ASE certification preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales, including coaching and action plans.
• Oversee hiring, development, performance management, scheduling and engagement of store team members.
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards and POS accuracy.
• Coach team members to meet customer expectations for both DIY and Professional customers.
• Operate as Manager on Duty, including coaching, floor and phone management, safety and opening/closing duties.
• Lead change management and foster a diverse, respectful work environment.
