Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role in automotive industry.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Strong knowledge of automotive sales, service operations, and customer service best practices.
• Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with dealership management software and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours.
