Job summary

Advanced Auto Technology, powered by Protech Automotive Solutions, seeks a General Manager to oversee center operations, risk management, and teammate development. You will drive client metrics, production, and administration while ensuring repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOPs and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

3+ years of management experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business.
Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

Oversee center operations, risk management, and driver safety protocols.
Develop teammates and monitor client metrics and financial performance.
Ensure repairs meet SOPs, insurance standards, and profitability targets.
Reward, recognize, and retain top performers to support growth requested by leadership.
Review monthly financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
