Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships. Key responsibilities include signing dealerships, driving sales, servicing accounts, and managing associated risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry and a proven track record in building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
  • Build relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers to understand their financing needs.
  • Identify growth opportunities and present financing solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay competitive.
  • Oversee servicing of the portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor account performance and address issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Train dealerships on financing solutions.
  • Assess dealership creditworthiness and monitor portfolio performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Financial acumen and familiarity with financial tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Teams.
