Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical fundamentals, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair to vehicle systems.
• Ability to manage equipment repair and oversee fixes with tools and machinery.
• Ability to manage inspections, physical assets, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Schedule preventative maintenance inspections and review results.
• Analyze equipment failures to determine root causes and coordinate repairs.
• Ensure adequate inventory levels (parts, tires) to support processes.
• Adhere to purchasing limits and expense approval procedures.
• Review and approve automotive expenses.
• Determine employee training needs for development plans.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address issues.
