Job Description

We are hiring a top-producing Finance Manager for our elite Finance & Insurance (F&I) team in Elizabeth City. Automotive finance management experience is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support the dealership F&I selling process for compliance and disclosure during vehicle deliveries
• Generate income through sales of insurance, vehicles, service contracts, and maintenance plans
• Work with the General Manager to set and achieve dealership F&I goals
• Maintain good relationships with finance sources, lenders, and manufacturers to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager preferred
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (ERA), ADP, RouteOne, eLeads preferred
• Ability to complete retail deliveries and necessary paperwork
• Leadership skills to guide sales staff and improve profitability
• Proficiency in MS Office, internet, and basic math skills
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
