The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking our next Automotive Finance Manager at Volkswagen of Sanford in Sanford, FL. In this high-responsibility role, you will bridge Sales and Finance, make credit decisions, and present transparent financing options to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5+ years current high-volume automotive sales or F&I experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Valid in-state driver''s license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Develop relationships with employees and customers.
• Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview process.
• Present a fully transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers to create a base of referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Gain product knowledge to effectively help customers.
• Ensure administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policy.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
