Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team. You will lead the F&I process and drive profitability. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in automotive finance, strong lender relationships, and excellent closing skills.

• Consistent history of strong PVR and product penetration
• Strong lender and deal structuring knowledge
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Knowledge of compliance and finance processes

• Strong work ethic, accountability, and professionalism
• Someone who can step in and produce immediately

Responsibilities

• Manage the F&I process end-to-end and oversee deal structuring.
• Collaborate with lenders to secure favorable terms and maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable finance regulations and internal policies.
