Job summary

St. Peters Honda is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager to lead credit decisions, submit deals to lenders for approval, and bridge gaps in the sales process during vehicle purchases.

With a background in automotive sales or finance, you will tailor finance and insurance options for every customer to fit their situation, ensure compliant transactions, and help drive loyalty and dealership growth. This is a fast-paced role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive sales or F&I preferred.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative capabilities.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• 18+ years of age to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase.
• Determine financing needs and payment options through consultative interview.
• Present transparent financing and product options.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with laws.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and build referrals.
• Achieve targeted sales goals and grow customer relationships.
• Maintain product knowledge to assist customers.
• Ensure all administrative processes are timely and policy-compliant.
• Provide exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships
• Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview process
• Present a fully transparent pricing menu to customers detailing their financing options and products
• Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Build rapport with customers to create a base of referrals
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals
• Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers
• Ensure that all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policy
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Prior Automotive Sales or F & I experience preferred
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience and desire to work with technology
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
