Our automotive group is seeking high-performing finance managers. We are a 12-year-old privately held auto group that is growing and promotes from within. These positions are highly coveted.

The Finance & Insurance Manager is responsible for coordinating the sale of finance & insurance programs to customers. This role works closely with the sales team and financial institutions to provide financial services to dealership customers.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Selling financing & insurance products and services to customers
  2. Attaining goals for gross production of financial services/products
  3. Reviewing customer credit applications for completeness
  4. Utilizing menu selling process 100%
  5. Ensuring all necessary documentation is complete for each deal
  6. Maintaining Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards
  7. Communicating effectively with the sales team to handle customers efficiently and professionally
  8. Ensuring compliance with all laws & regulatory obligations
  9. Completing & submitting all financial documents where applicable
  10. Maintaining effective communication with team members
  11. Promoting and maintaining outstanding CSI
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of automotive dealership F&I experience, including secondary financing
  • Proven track record
  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Excellent relationships with financial institutions
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Ability to pass MVR & background check and pre-employment drug test
