Job summary

Rohrman Automotive Group in Indiana is seeking a results-driven Finance Manager to maximize financing opportunities for a high-volume Toyota dealership. You will build lender relationships and present tailored F&I options to customers, guiding them through the financing process while delivering an exceptional ownership experience.

With 2+ years of automotive F&I experience, you will navigate federal and state regulations, manage paperwork, mentor sales staff, and contribute to CSI scores.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience in a dealership environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding PVR (per vehicle retail) and product penetration goals.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state compliance regulations (CFPB, TILA, ECOA, etc).
  • Proficiency with DMS software (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills — you can explain complex financial concepts simply and persuasively.
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
  • State insurance license
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to transparent, customer-first practices.

As a Finance Manager at our high-volume Toyota dealership, you’ll step into an established, high-production opportunity with the potential to earn $150,000-$250,000+ annually. We're looking for a driven, customer-focused professional who can maximize every opportunity, build strong lender relationships, and help customers confidently navigate the financing process while delivering an exceptional ownership experience.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Schedule

  • Expected Earnings: $150,000 - $250,000+ annually based on performance
  • High-volume Toyota dealership with the opportunity for up to 70 retail deliveries ("touches") per month
  • Bi-monthly draw compensation plan
  • Typical schedule of 40-50 hours per week
