Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager at Napleton KIA of Fishers in Indiana to drive financing decisions and lender submissions. This role bridges the sales and finance process, aiming to present transparent pricing and build lasting customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have prior F&I or automotive sales experience, strong customer focus, and the ability to meet sales goals while using technology effectively. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Automotive Sales or F&I experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet targeted sales goals and work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase.
• Develop relationships with customers and colleagues in the dealership.
• Determine financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview.
• Present a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Build rapport to create a base of referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Gain product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
• Ensure administrative processes are timely and compliant with policy.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

Located at Napleton KIA of Fishers,the Automotive Finance and Insurance Managermakes credit decisions, submits deals to our lenders for approval and helps bridge disconnects in the sales process. Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goalsHighly detail-oriented and organized
• Prior Automotive Sales or F & I experience preferred
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience and desire to work with technology
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
