Job summary

Group 1 Automotive, through Boardwalk Honda, is seeking an Automotive Document Processor to support automotive finance processes. Responsibilities include accurate paper preparation, monitoring funding contracts, and transitioning customers effectively.

The ideal candidate has sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and is self-motivated. Compensation ranges from $18 to $22 an hour plus commission, with health benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Sales, Customer Service, or F&I departments within a dealership required.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Load the deal into the virtual queue and initiate the Zoom call.
• Prepare all paperwork related to the transaction accurately.
• Process and monitor funding of finance contracts in a timely manner.
