Job summary

MSX International in Detroit, MI is seeking Field Engineers to support identification of quality issues and perform hands-on root-cause analysis across dealer networks. This role is full-time and requires mobility within the region to service dealerships.

You will provide on-site technical support to dealership technicians, document findings and corrective actions, and communicate any shortfalls to the OEM enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5 years automotive experience required.
• 1–3 years teaching experience.
• Ability to travel to dealerships within a designated area.
• Ability to communicate technical information to clients and dealerships.
• Ability to analyze data and create custom reports.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and other customized software.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to dealer technicians and ensure solution of product technical issues.
• Document findings of each mission and corrective actions taken.
• Document shortfalls identified during the mission to the OEM enterprise.
