Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Production Associate in Hudson, OH to support a fast-paced automotive fastener production line. You will perform quality checks, assist with material handling, and help operate equipment to ensure safe, efficient production and timely shipment of finished goods.

The role offers 1st and 2nd shift options with a contract-to-hire pathway. Candidates should have 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, read a tape measure, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• General labor and production experience a plus.
• Prior material handling experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production line for automotive fasteners.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished products.
• Unload hoppers and prepare boxes and packaging for shipment.
• Use RF scanner to track inventory and maintain records.
• Load boxes of fasteners onto conveyors safely and efficiently.
• Perform minor maintenance on production machines as needed.
