Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive F&I Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of finance, insurance products and lending processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to automotive finance and insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional finance/insurance certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain F&I products during the vehicle purchase process.
• Prepare and process finance contracts, leases and insurance documents.
• Work with lending institutions to secure financing solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and dealership policies for compliance.
• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Train and mentor junior staff on F&I processes.
• Meet or exceed departmental sales and compliance goals.
• Handle customer questions related to finance and insurance products.
