Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for Exterior Trim programs and drive cost reduction initiatives.
Manage multiple scheduling activities for simultaneous projects.
Coordinate with Design, Craftsmanship, Supply-Chain and testing/vehicle safety departments.
Interface with test department and Exterior Trim suppliers to maintain on-time validation for start of production and BOM management.
Use Jira to communicate engineering tasks and progress.
Use Confluence to publish critical information.
