Job summary

Balise is seeking an Entry-Level Express Maintenance Automotive Service Technician to join our Express Maintenance Team. You will gain hands-on and classroom training, earned weekly pay, and a path from Express to Certified to Master Technician as you grow.

You will learn to estimate service times, communicate parts requirements, follow quality procedures, and uphold professional standards in a modern, climate-controlled facility with uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to explain systems and repairs to others.
• Ability to estimate time of service or repair job for scheduling efficiency.
• Knowledge of parts requirements and ability to communicate parts needs via repair orders.
• Knowledge of approved procedures for service and repairs and quality control/inspection requirements.
