Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Dexterity and steady hand–eye coordination.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills with diagnostic tools.
• Customer service oriented with good computer skills.

• Ability to learn new automotive tech and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently per dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C).
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional needed services.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair times.
