Job summary

Fred Anderson Automotive Group in Asheville, NC is seeking an automotive technician to perform routine maintenance on a range of vehicles and learn advanced repair techniques.

You will gain access to manufacturer-based training, a supportive team, uniforms, and a 4-day work week, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior hands-on technical work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Perform factory scheduled maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, lubrication, fluid replacement, tire, wiper, and filter replacements, and routine gauge checks.
• Check tire pressure, transmission and power steering fluid levels.
• Assist with classes and training to advance knowledge of working on vehicles and stay up to date on product and maintenance requirements.
• Provide the best service experience for every customer.
• Maintain a strong focus on communication and organizational skills.
