Job summary

Bianchihonda is seeking an Express Service Technician for a Full-Time position with a set, predictable schedule. No automotive experience is required; we provide full training and opportunities to advance for driven individuals.

The role involves completing express shop service orders, oil changes, tire rotations, and assisting customers with filter recommendations. Training is provided, with a focus on reliability and timely work completion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• One year experience in general automotive (preferred).
• Possession of your own tools is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform express service tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations.
• Present engine/air cabin filters to advisor when replacements are recommended.
• Return vehicle to staging area and submit paperwork.
• Complete timecards per shop protocol.
• Assist management with miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Job Description

Express Service Technicians complete all Express Shop service repair orders thoroughly and in a timely manner.

In this position, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Complete oil changes, tire rotations, and other express shop service items.
• Present the engine filter and/or air cabin filter to the Express Service Advisor if a change of filter is to be recommended to the customer.
• Return vehicle to staging area upon completion of work and submit paperwork to the appropriate Service Advisor.
• Complete timecards in accordance with service shop protocol.
• Perform other tasks, as assigned by Management.
