Job summary

RiseMe in Erie, PA is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform oil changes, tire rotations, and express shop services with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities include presenting filters to advisors when replacements are needed, returning vehicles to staging, and ensuring timecards are correctly completed. Candidates should have at least 1 year of general automotive experience and a valid driver’s license. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable Driving Record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possession of one’s own tools is a plus, but not required.

• Return vehicle to staging area and submit paperwork to Service Advisor.

Job Description

Express Service Technicians complete all Express Shop service repair orders thoroughly and in a timely manner.

In this position, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Complete oil changes, tire rotations, and other express shop service items.
• Present the engine filter and/or air cabin filter to the Express Service Advisor if a change of filter is to be recommended to the customer.
• Return vehicle to staging area upon completion of work and submit paperwork to the appropriate Service Advisor.
• Complete timecards in accordance with service shop protocol.
• Perform other tasks, as assigned by Management.
