We are looking for a dedicated Express Maintenance Technician to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin a career as a certified Master Technician. If you are currently employed at a quick lube or independent repair facility and have always wanted to get your foot in the door at a dealership, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for! Our philosophy is to promote from within. We groom our entry-level technicians to become Master flat rate techs through additional training and schooling. If you have the desire and motivation, we can provide the path for you.

Responsibilities

The Lube Technician services vehicles as assigned by management following all established standards and procedures, including rotating tires, performing multi-point inspections, and changing automotive fluids. Checks include oil, tire pressure and condition, filters, windshield wiper fluid, power steering fluid, brake fluid, transmission and differential fluids, and engine coolant. We aim to deliver the highest quality service and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience, and automotive training or repair experience is a plus. Must possess an unrestricted driver's license, a clean driving record, and eagerness to work efficiently. Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to world-class customer service. State-certified inspectors are a plus. Other duties may be assigned.
