Job summary

Cleveland Ford, part of the Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking motivated Express Automotive Technicians to join our high-volume service team in Ohio. You will perform oil changes and basic maintenance, conduct multi-point inspections, and ensure vehicles are safe and running smoothly for customers.

We offer a competitive flat rate of $18.00–$22.50 per hour plus production incentives, with opportunities for bonuses, training, and advancement within a large dealer group.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Previous Express Technician or Automotive Maintenance Experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance on vehicles.
• Conduct multi-point and safety inspections.
• Check and top off vehicle fluids; replace air/cabin filters and wiper blades.
• Inspect tire condition and adjust pressure as needed; complete work orders accurately.
