Position Overview:

The Lube Technician is responsible for vehicle quality maintenance, such as oil changes and tire rotations. This entry-level position will help progress employees to become full automotive line technicians. In addition, we provide training, tools, and uniforms!

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and favorable motor vehicle record
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Essential Functions:

  • Perform specific work on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and per dealership standards
  • Diagnose and repair automotive vehicle systems, including flushes, oil changes, tire rotations, etc.
  • Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
  • Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
  • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology
  • Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made
