Core Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, including installing new oil filters and drain plugs.
• Check and refill vehicle fluids as needed.
• Inspect and replace batteries when required.
• Rotate, mount, and balance tires based on vehicle specifications.
• Complete minor services like replacing filters, wiper blades, and more.
• Conduct multi-point inspections, noting vehicle condition and suggesting maintenance for the Service Advisor to share with the customer.
• Keep your workstation clean and organized, maintaining a safe environment.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience performing oil changes, basic maintenance, or minor repair work is preferred.
• ASE certifications and/or formal training from a technical school is ideal.
• Eager to learn dealership best practices and enhance mechanical knowledge and skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Proficient with automotive technology and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment:

The Service Department is open Monday – Friday 7am to 6pm and Saturday 7am to 5pm. Our technicians enjoy a state-of-the-art, air-conditioned shop, a productive work environment, and opportunities for career advancement.
