Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking an Interior Technician to provide mobile and on-site interior repairs for dealerships and clients. You will repair rips, tears, and burns, mix dyes to match surfaces, and restore interiors to look like new, while building relationships and driving business.

The role requires 3-5 years of hands-on experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. A valid driver’s license and pre-employment checks are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in automotive interior installation or upholstery.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of interior components, upholstery materials, and finishing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Install interior components such as seats, dashboards, carpets, headliners, door panels, and trim pieces.
• Upholster seats, doors, and interior components with fabric, leather, or vinyl.
• Install, repair, or replace interior trim pieces and ensure a polished finish.
• Perform quality control and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as SME Technician for the Division and respond to service requests.

You’ll repair rips, tears, and burns; mix dyes to match surfaces; and remove stains. Your goal is to make a detailed car’s inside look as new as possible and ready for sale.
