Job summary

Dent Wizard in Mount Laurel, NJ, is hiring an Interior Repair Technician to join our mobile service team. Travel to dealerships and auctions to perform interior repairs, restore surfaces, and build strong customer relationships.

Previous experience is not required; on-the-job training is provided. Starting pay $23.10/hour with paid training, followed by uncapped commission-based earnings as you move into the role.

Training compensation at the hourly rate, then phased combo compensation of hourly rate and commission as you move out of training and start building your customer base!
