The Chrysler Institute of Engineering program at Stellantis is highly selective for new graduates. It features five six-month rotations over 30 months to build broad technical and leadership capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree holders pursue a Master’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, with tuition paid in full and half-day pay per class weekly to support studies while you work.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate graduation or graduate degree by mid-2027.
• ABET accredited program in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• GPA 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

Responsibilities

• Participate in five, six-month rotations across the corporation.
• Pursue a Master’s degree while completing program work.
• Balance coursework with hands-on product development assignments.
