Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an Embedded Systems Engineer to design and validate reusable embedded solutions for automotive test and automation. The role emphasizes hardware/software integration, Linux-based platforms, and robust interfaces across HiL and XiL environments.

You will develop schematics, PCB layouts, firmware, drivers, and APIs, while performing thorough validation, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with embedded hardware architecture, schematic design, PCB layout, prototyping, and electrical validation.
• Strong experience with embedded software, firmware, drivers, and APIs.
• Experience with Linux-based embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge of USB, I2S, LIN, BCM interfaces, and automotive peripherals.
• Experience with HiL/XiL or automotive test environments.
• Experience with hardware/software integration, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, test, and validate embedded hardware and software for automotive test systems.
• Develop schematics, PCB layouts, firmware, drivers, APIs, and control interfaces.
• Integrate USB, I2S, multichannel audio, LIN, BCM, and external I/O interfaces.
• Develop and integrate LIN simulation/emulation and voltage/current measurement solutions.
• Support hardware/software integration across SmartBench, HiL, XiL, IVI, ECU Test, and Linux environments.
• Perform electrical validation, functional testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and corrective actions.
• Define requirements, test plans, architecture documents, interface specifications, and technical documentation.
• Maintain requirements traceability and manage hardware, integration, calibration, and delivery risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed engineering teams in an Agile environment.
