Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• General experience in automotive maintenance preferred.
• Familiarity with brake and steering systems helpful.

• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems beneficial.
• Proficiency in electronic troubleshooting and repair expected.
• Exceptional mechanical problem-solving skills required.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and testing on vehicles and equipment.
• Install and connect electrical wiring systems as needed.
• Conduct functional tests on electrical systems.
• Identify and rectify issues discovered during inspections.
• Install electrical panels and components per engineering specs.
• Ensure work quality through thorough inspections.
• Interpret and understand schematics to guide repairs.
• Assess vehicle damage and provide repair recommendations and parts lists.
• Carry out under-car, under-hood, and preventive maintenance inspections.
• Troubleshoot issues related to the work performed.
