Sharp Electronics is seeking a Field Technical Manager to coordinate automotive LCD display specifications, interfacing with Sharp Japan and customers to define electrical/optical requirements across RFQ to SOP. The role requires hands-on lab skills, strong communication, and travel 5-10% domestically.

The ideal candidate has a background in LCD/TFT/backlight tech, analog/digital design, and experience with cross-functional teams across regions.

Formación

• Requires bachelor's in electrical or systems engineering; master preferred.
• Experience with LCD/TFT/backlight technologies and automotive displays.
• Experience in analog/digital design, signal/power integrity.
• Cross-functional collaboration with HQ and customers; international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and drive technical design from kickoff to production launch.
• Capture and drive customer requirements across electrical/optical specs.
• Communicate with Sharp Japan engineering team and customers.
• Explain display specifications and ensure EMC considerations.
• Lead issue resolution and provide field support during development.
