Guardian Fleet Services is seeking an experienced Automotive Dismantler for our busy auto salvage yard in Indiana. You will dismantle engines, transmissions, rear axles, and other parts, and prepare vehicles for recycling by removing wiring, wheels, batteries, and other components.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with a strong focus on safety and accuracy in labeling parts for stock, with duties expanding as needed to keep operations smooth and efficient.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on automotive experience.
• Basic understanding of vehicle parts and functions.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle vehicles within time constraints with safety in mind.
• Label and tag parts for stock.
• Check quality and type of parts.
• Other duties as assigned.
