Job summary

New Holland Auto Group is seeking an experienced automotive technician to join their dynamic service team. This full-time position offers excellent compensation, full benefits, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must hold a PA SI & Emissions License as well as other relevant certifications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in truck/automotive repair.
  • Valid PA driver's license and inspection/emissions licenses required.
  • ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and according to dealership standards.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electric systems, and more.
  • Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding additional services needed.

Requirements

  • Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
  • Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
  • Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
  • Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
  • Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Efficiently and accurately perform quality repair work in accordance with dealership's and factory standards

  • Monday thru Friday
  • Weekend Availability

Experience

  • Truck/Automotive Repair: 5 years (Minimum)

License/Certification

  • Driver's License (Required)
  • ASE Certification (Preferred)
  • PA State Inspection and Emissions license (Required)
