Job summary

Workforce Services in Reno, NV is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our fleet service team. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel and gas trucks, vans, and various van models, while performing preventive maintenance and field repairs.

The role requires 3–4 years of mechanic experience and a valid driver's license with your own tools. The position offers full benefits, a Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years' experience as a mechanic.
• GED or High School Diploma.
• Valid driver's license and own tools.
• Must pass background check.
• Strong accountability and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel and gas-powered trucks, vans, R&R (sprinters, transits, Chevy/Ford vans).
• Preventive maintenance, R&R.
• Perform test drives and make system adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and manage shop equipment.
• Conduct field repairs in various weather conditions.
• Enter Workorders into computer.

We're looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our Reno -based fleet service team. If you're a pro with diesel and gas trucks who wants to work for a stable, high-paying operation we want to talk.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday - 4am-12:30 am shift
