Nourse Chillicothe Automall is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our Chillicothe, OH service team. You will diagnose and repair systems including powertrain, electrical, and ADAS while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with powertrain components and diesel engine repair is a plus.
• Experience with automotive electrical systems and ADAS technology is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and propose appropriate repairs.
• Conduct repairs on various vehicle systems, including powertrain, electrical systems, and diesel engines.
• Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Align vehicles and ensure proper handling and performance.
• Utilize auto estimating tools to provide accurate repair cost assessments.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
