Nourse Chillicothe Automall in Chillicothe, OH is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician (A or B-Level) to diagnose and repair vehicles across powertrain, electrical, and ADAS systems. You will perform routine maintenance, align vehicles, and use estimating tools to assess repair costs, while delivering top-notch customer service.

Ideal candidates have strong diagnostic and repair knowledge, diesel experience a plus, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques.
• Experience with powertrain components and diesel engine repair is a plus.
• Experience with automotive electrical systems and ADAS technology is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable record.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Conduct repairs on powertrain, electrical systems, and diesel engines.
• Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Align vehicles and ensure proper handling and performance.
• Utilize estimating tools to provide accurate repair cost assessments.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
