Qualifications

• Previous experience as a service technician in an automotive dealership is a must.
• Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is a plus.
• Proficient in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques, including mechanical knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Ford vehicles.
• A strong background in vehicle maintenance, including alignment and general automotive service practices.
• Excellent customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues with vehicles.
• Conduct repairs on automotive electrical systems, powertrains, transmissions, and diesel engines.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for vehicle maintenance and repair tasks.
• Interpret schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive problems.
• Execute alignment services and other mechanical repairs as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding vehicle issues and repair options.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including auto estimating for parts and labor.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop.
