Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or trade school required.
• 3–5 years of job-specific experience.

Responsibilities

• Test drive customer vehicles and run diagnostic devices.
• Perform accurate diagnosis of engine, electrical, and emission-related issues.
• Diagnose and repair vibrations and noises.
• Repair brakes, suspension, cooling, electrical, and other major systems.
• Follow checklists to ensure inspection of belts, hoses, steering, spark plugs, and other components.
• Perform wheel alignment service.
• Conduct state safety and emissions inspections.
• General service tasks as needed.
• Maintain tools and a clean work area.
• Perform duties in a safe manner and protect company assets.
