Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Proficiency in vehicle maintenance tasks (oil changes, brakes, etc).

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues and determine appropriate repairs.
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Repair and replace automotive parts, such as brakes, suspension systems, and exhaust systems.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair options.
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed.

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, identifying and repairing complex mechanical problems, and providing exceptional customer service. Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and to be on a team.

Requirements

• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Proficiency in vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire services, and brake inspections
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Applicants must have a passion for learning and developing their skillset

Preferred

• Completion of an automotive technology program
• ASE certification is a + but not necessary
• Familiarity with air brake systems is a plus

Pay starting at $45,000 for base plus incentive pay
